Our Story
Lifting the Sinkers Global Ministries is a Christian nonprofit rooted in the command of Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:18–20 to go and make disciples of all nations and inspired by Paul’s burden in Romans 15:20 to preach Christ where He is not yet known.
We exist to mobilize the Church for the Great Commission through mission training, outreach, and strategic discipleship. Our focus is on equipping believers with the tools, biblical foundation, and practical training needed to effectively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Our work is primarily centered in Africa, with a strong emphasis on Nigeria. We are actively planting churches across Northern Nigeria and raising indigenous believers for missions, empowering them to reach their own communities and beyond.
Through this, we are strengthening local believers, multiplying disciples, and advancing the message of Christ into places where He is least known.

Global Ministries stands firmly on the convictions expressed in the
Lausanne Covenant and its Statement of Faith. These beliefs are not abstract
ideals to us, but they shape how we live, serve, and carry out our mission
every day. We are committed to a gospel that is faithful to Scripture, centered
on Christ, and lived out holistically through evangelism, discipleship,
cultural engagement, and social responsibility, as we join the global Church in
fulfilling the Great Commission.
